    note that the we are not combining 2 and 3 bedrooms in the same block. the blocks near the main road are 3 bedrooms and the ones behind are two bedrooms. from kamotho

    Consider three blocks of all three bedroom apartments from a cost perspective versus four blocks of two and three bedroom.
