Made the front door to each apartment large to allow for furniture and other large objects to enter the apartment. Paul

Mark said that the correct measurements of the plot are 60.5 * 25.7 meters. This means there will not be much room for parking. If the parking is at the "back" of the plot then both of those blocks will now have to be all 2 bebroom. The "back" is the two blocks on the right as you go through the main entrance.


The only possible ratios of 2 bed to 3 bed apartments are

4 to 4   50%
3 to 5   37.5%
2 to 6   25%
1 to 7  12.5%

The first block should be on the LEFT as you go in the main gate. The main gate is on the short side of the plot. This is to test the market

Kamotho noted that we may require underground parking.

Kamotho submitted exterior 3d views which were generally approved of by those present. Lots of natural stone, a bay windows and other decorations to improve the look of the rectangular block.

If more 3 beds are needed they will have to be build on the front side where there is no parking.
